This two-story home away from home enjoys a wonderful location within a short drive of excellent restaurants, parks, shopping, supermarkets, and convenience stores. You are also close to must-visit local attractions, including Emerald Lakes Golf Course, Morse Park, Laguna Community Park, Stone Lakes National Wildlife Refuge, Cosumnes River Preserve, Garcia Bend Park, and the lively city of Sacramento.

The home boasts a spacious enclosed backyard with a seasonal pool right in the center - ideal for cooling down during summer! Poolside loungers allow you to work on your tan while watching the kids as they splash in the pool. Dine alfresco at the outdoor dining area in the gazebo and surround yourself with beautiful plants and trees.
One of the features that makes this home unique is the two living areas on opposite sides. As you enter this charming home away from home, you will find a family room with a smart TV and board games to your left and the main living room with recliners, a smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace to your right. This is perfect for families or groups who are into different movie shows or series and want to watch something separately. Right in the center of this unique floor plan is the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the major appliances you could ever need to whip up everything that comes to mind. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the two coffee makers - drip and Keurig. This floor also houses a laundry room with a washer/dryer and one bedroom.
