The rate includes, fully furnished house, internet, 2 TV one in the living room the other in the basement. The TV are smart TV you can watch Samsung TV, Netflix and You TV. An allowance of $125 towards electrical if its higher then tenant pays the difference and Oil for the house an allowance of $200 of oil per month. You will be supplied with paper toilet and hand towel for 2 weeks plus some coffee, tea and sugar.
